Tier 1 properties are on-site by 4:00 AM, Tier 2 by 6:00 AM, and Tier 3 by 8:00 AM. Tier assignment is set during the pre-season walk-through based on occupancy, medical priority, and event schedule. If a Tier 1 property needs earlier service (a 5:00 AM medical appointment, for example), we stage a dedicated crew the night before.

Do you use rock salt on heritage stone walkways?

No. We never apply sodium chloride to heritage stone, brick mortar, or bronze surfaces. Heritage-zone walkways receive traction sand pre-storm and a calcium-magnesium-acetate (CMA) blend or potassium-formate granules post-storm. All applications are documented in your post-storm report.

Can you clear a long driveway without damaging my landscape lighting and irrigation?

Yes. Every Shaughnessy property gets a pre-season GPS walk-through where we mark every landscape light, irrigation head, low retaining wall, and specimen-tree drip line.
